Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 10, 2026
This policy describes how JdidWeb collects, uses, and protects your personal data, in compliance with Algerian law 18-07 of June 10, 2018 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data. JdidWeb is a service exclusively targeted at the Algerian market.
1. Data controller
- Controller: MOKEDEM Rachid, ANAE self-employed no. 39222671
- Activity: Digital transformation consultant
- Country: Algeria
- Contact: contact@jdidweb.com
2. Prospect data
JdidWeb identifies businesses without a website (or with an outdated one) from public sources: Google Maps, Algerian Yellow Pages. We collect: business name, address, phone, current website, business category, Google rating, public email if listed, public photos of the establishment, and the establishment's public Google reviews (author name, rating, text) — quoted verbatim with attribution in the demo mockup shown to the establishment itself.
When a prospect views their personalized mockup or offer page, we record the IP address, browser (user-agent), page viewed and timestamp — so the sales representative can adapt their follow-up.
Legal basis: legitimate interest under article 7 of law 18-07. Only public data is used.
3. Client data
Once a prospect becomes a client: contact name, email, phone, billing address, project content (texts, logos, photos), email correspondence. Payment data is processed entirely by Chargily Pay (Algerian gateway, CIB SATIM / Edahabia) — JdidWeb does not store any banking information.
4. Site visitor data
Minimal tracking: IP address (Vercel technical logs, kept 30 days), User-Agent. No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers.
5. Purposes
- Commercial prospecting (by email or WhatsApp)
- Service execution (creation, hosting, maintenance)
- Billing and accounting (10-year retention)
- Email engagement and mockup-view measurement — to adapt commercial follow-up
6. Retention
- Non-converted prospects: 3 years from last contact
- Mockup view data (IP, browser, timestamp): tied to the prospect record, deleted with it
- Clients: duration of the relationship + 5 years
- Accounting data: 10 years (Algerian legal obligation)
- Unsubscribers: permanent record of the unsubscribed email only
7. Recipients
Data is never sold. It may be transmitted to technical subcontractors (Vercel, Neon, Postmark, Chargily Pay) and authorized JdidWeb representatives bound by contractual confidentiality.
8. International transfers
Vercel servers are located in the USA, Neon in the UK. These transfers are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses of the European Commission.
9. Your rights
Under law 18-07, you have: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability. Email contact@jdidweb.com to exercise these rights. Response within 30 days.
10. Unsubscribe
Every commercial email contains an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click adds your email to a permanent suppression list. For WhatsApp prospecting, simply reply "STOP" — all contact ceases immediately.
11. Security
TLS encryption, bcrypt password hashing, restricted admin access, HMAC token signing, payments delegated to Chargily Pay (licensed Algerian gateway).
12. Cookies
jdidweb.com uses only a strictly necessary technical session cookie for admin authentication. No advertising or analytics cookies.
13. Complaints
