Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern services sold by MOKEDEM Rachid, Algerian self-employed (ANAE card no. 39222671), hereinafter referred to as "JdidWeb", to any professional or consumer client (hereinafter "the Client").

Article 1 — Purpose

These Terms govern access to the jdidweb.com website and the sale of services offered by JdidWeb.

JdidWeb provides website design services for SMBs, shops and independent professionals, primarily targeting the Algerian market.

The provider is VAT-exempt under the Algerian self-employed regime. Prices are quoted excluding tax (art. 282 ter of the Algerian Tax Code).

Article 3 — Acceptance

Any order or signed quote implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and waiver of any other conditions of the Client.

Article 4 — Services

• Website only — from 35 000 DZD ex-tax: ready-to-use 5-page website (hosting not included).
• All-inclusive — from 45 000 DZD ex-tax in year 1, then 20 000 DZD ex-tax/year: website + hosting + domain name + maintenance.
• Social media subscription — 35 000 to 75 000 DZD ex-tax/month depending on the plan: page management, content creation and ad campaigns (media budget set by the Client and re-invoiced at cost). Initial 3-month term then monthly renewal; obligation of means, no guaranteed figures.
• Custom — quote-based: complex projects (e-commerce, client portal, API integrations).

Article 5 — Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in Algerian dinars (DZD) excluding tax. Payment options:

• CIB SATIM card or Edahabia Algérie Poste card: via the secure Algerian platform Chargily Pay. The Client receives a personalized payment link by email.
• Cash: in person to a JdidWeb authorized representative, against a numbered official receipt.
• Bank transfer: on request.

For the "All-inclusive" plan, the annual hosting + domain subscription is tacitly renewed. The Client may cancel at any time with one month notice before the renewal date.

Full payment is required before production deployment on a permanent domain name.

Article 6 — Go-live and delivery

Upon payment confirmation, a working version of the website goes live automatically at a temporary address (jdidweb.com subdomain), and the Client is invited to submit preferences (template, adjustments, desired domain name) through a personalized page.

Unless stated otherwise in the quote, final delivery within 7 to 15 working days from the latest of: payment received, template approval, all client materials received, final modifications approved.

Article 7 — Withdrawal right

Professional clients have no withdrawal right under Algerian e-commerce law (law 18-05 of May 10, 2018).

Consumer clients have a 7-day withdrawal right under law 18-05. However, by expressly requesting immediate start of service, the consumer waives this right.

Article 8 — Modifications

Each plan includes a defined number of modification requests (2 by default). Additional modifications may be billed separately.

Article 9 — Intellectual property

The delivered website, in its graphic design and customized editorial content, becomes the full property of the Client upon full payment. JdidWeb retains ownership of generic templates and internal tooling.

Article 10 — Hosting and domain

Under the "All-inclusive" plan, hosting and domain are linked to JdidWeb's technical account (Vercel) while the annual subscription is paid. Upon cancellation, the Client may recover the domain and content on request.

The domain name requested by the Client is registered by JdidWeb on the Client's behalf, subject to availability, JdidWeb's validation and a standard registration price; otherwise (unavailable or premium-priced), JdidWeb offers an alternative or a supplementary quote. Activation usually occurs within 24–72 hours after validation. .dz / .com.dz extensions are a special process: they follow the specific NIC.dz procedure (own timelines, usually several weeks) and carry a registration surcharge of 15,000 DZD/year, billed on top of the package and accepted by the Client before any commitment. The Client undertakes to provide accurate, up-to-date supporting documents: trade register extract (or auto-entrepreneur card / accreditation depending on status), ID of the manager or signatory, a signed and stamped registration request, and, where the requested name differs from the company name, proof of rights over the name (INAPI trademark). Registration remains subject to NIC.dz validation and to the compliance of the name with its naming charter.

Article 11 — Warranty and liability

Any substantial non-conformity reported in writing within 15 days of delivery will be corrected free of charge by JdidWeb. JdidWeb's liability is capped at the amount actually paid by the Client.

Article 12 — Personal data

Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy, in compliance with Algerian law 18-07 of June 10, 2018.

Article 13 — Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Algerian law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of Algerian courts of the provider's domicile.
